Unsolicited partnership enquiries can be time-consuming to assess. CCG’s Triage Service adds capacity to the Client’s team and simplifies this process by engaging with potential partners on behalf of the Client, evaluating their interest, preferred partnership model, rationale and overall viability of each potential opportunity request. This ensures the Client focuses only on the most promising opportunities and those that align with the Client’s priorities.
Comprehensive Screening and Evaluation
TThe Client would simply forward incoming enquiries to the CCG team, for assessment against your criteria predefined by the Client. Our screening process allows the Client to concentrate on only partnerships that align with its strategic priorities.
A Structured, Efficient Approach
Our four-step process ensures a seamless and effective evaluation of potential partnerships:
Understanding the Client’s Priorities – We work closely with you to define key criteria, including target markets, preferred TNE models, priority subject areas, and timelines.
Initial Screening – Within 24 hours of receiving an enquiry, we engage with the prospective partner to understand their objectives and assess alignment with agreed criteria.
Evaluation & Categorisation – Each enquiry is carefully assessed and classified as:
Viable – A potential partnership opportunity that aligns with the Client’s strategic goals and which merits further development.
Not Viable – Unlikely to meet the Client’s priorities.
Next Steps –
For viable enquiries, we provide a summary of our findings and facilitate an introduction.
For non-viable enquiries, we notify the Client with a clear rationale, and feedback to the initial enquirer.
