Cormack Consultancy Group (CCG) has developed an innovative transnational education (TNE) partnership model specifically designed for the North American market. This model enables U.S. colleges to collaborate with UK institutions to expand their graduate offerings through the Graduate Hub Initiative. Over the past two years, CCG has successfully facilitated partnerships between institutions such as UCLan and Hilbert College, as well as Cardiff Metropolitan University and Butler University, demonstrating the impact and scalability of this approach.

Through the Graduate Hub Initiative, U.S. colleges can quickly and cost-effectively launch master’s degree programs in partnership with leading UK universities. Under this model, the UK institution delivers an established program on the U.S. campus, operating under a revenue-sharing agreement. Teaching responsibilities can be shared between the U.S. and UK partners, creating a flexible and collaborative academic environment.

Beyond program delivery, the Graduate Hub Initiative serves as a foundation for broader strategic partnerships, fostering faculty research collaboration, study abroad opportunities, and other international education initiatives that strengthen global engagement.
