Cormack Consultancy Group Featured in The PIE News on Adapting Transnational Education to Student Needs - April 2025
Cormack Consultancy Group was recently featured in The PIE News article, “Adapting TNE to student needs key, say stakeholders”, which explores how transnational education (TNE) models must evolve to meet the needs of both students and host countries.
According to Aziz Boussofiane, Director of Cormack Consultancy Group, while TNE initiatives need to be financially sustainable, they must also deliver long-term benefits for both universities and host countries.
“For host countries, success (in TNE) means increasing capacity with quality provision – and for universities, it must align with their mission and strategic objectives,” Boussofiane explained.
“There are different drivers and processes depending on the market, whether it’s India or Nigeria, [and] it’s often about increasing in-country capacity and improving the quality of local providers.”
The article further highlights challenges in creating scalable TNE models due to varying international perceptions of quality and recognition — issues that require ongoing collaboration and innovation.
At Cormack Consultancy Group, we remain committed to supporting sustainable, student-focused transnational education partnerships that drive real impact worldwide.
